In the program, you will also have the option to share your insights with peers and mentors in a dedicated community, exclusively for program participants.
This is a developmental model program in bite-sized modules, because that's how the brain learns best to make durable change towards living the life you value.

Why now: Systemic challenges in the workplace contribute to a wide range of symptoms of distress and burnout in healthcare and allied fields. Persistent stressors, trauma, loss and moral injury in the work or home environment can lead to a wide range of stress-triggered responses that degrade resiliency, vitality, performance and work-life satisfaction over time, potentially worsening a vicious cycle of stress. This program is designed to break this vicious cycle, provide best practices training, and accelerate effectively building a culture of wellness, resilience and meaning across the workforce. Expanding access, diversity and inclusion.
A large body of research evidences that psychological flexibility and resilience are foundational to physical and mental well-being. Additionally, stress resilience is associated with a wide range of cognitive and behavioral benefits, such as improved communication, problem-solving, productivity, work/life satisfaction, and energy. These, in turn, are crucial in leadership and collaboration to mitigate systemic stressors and build more resilient cultures. And live the life you value.

Flexibility and Resilience
Expand your vision of what self-care means as you develop the capacity to become more psychologically flexible and resilient. After a check-in assessment, you are introduced to the science and meet our cast of characters. The level ends with a mindfulness exercise used in clinical practice.
Stress-Triggered Thoughts and Feelings
You begin applying the Three Mindfulness Reflections Model and cognitive strategies to defuse stress-triggered thoughts and feelings that you can start to use in your life now. Includes: Animated case study, personalize and life practice segments, and mindfulness exercise used in clinical practice.
You will learn to defuse stress-triggered behaviors - such as defensiveness, excessive mistakes, avoidance and sacrificing personal activities - with leading cognitive and behavioral strategies. Includes: Animated case study, personalize and life practice segments, and guided mindfulness exercise.
Stress-Triggered Physical Responses
Integrating the levels of awareness, you learn to apply evidence-based cognitive and physical strategies to stress-triggered physical responses - such as excess substance use, skipping workouts, poor sleep and diet. Features case study, the "Monsters on the Bus" metaphor and a mindfulness exercise.
A Different Lens
Going forward, you have a Resilience Toolbox that you can use in the face of stressors at work and home. Improved psychological resilience is associated with many cognitive, behavioral and physical benefits and reduced burnout. You will be better able to model more resilient responses with others.
