Essential Resilience Self-Care and Burnout Prevention

WELCOME to StressPal Frontline: Essential Resilience Self-Care & Burnout Prevention, an action-based professional growth program, accredited by Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and StressPal.

Minutes a day. Strategies for life.

Every day, throughout the day, we experience situations and stressors that trigger thoughts, behaviors and physical responses. Our responses can be helpful or unhelpful, such as judging, blaming, avoiding, feeling angry, skipping workouts, trouble sleeping and many others. What we don't learn in school are science-based interventions to nurture our capacity to choose our responses in service of what has meaning, what we value.

Expert-led, this concise, self-paced program equips you with leading, evidence-based strategies that can be immediately applied to navigate stress-triggers, defuse the stress response, increase your capacity for psychological flexibility, resilience and improved interpersonal dynamics. It's the antidote to the stress response.

Your resilience is an asset, but it is not static. It can be degraded over time, and it can be ameliorated with brief training and practice of effective cognitive, behavioral and physical interventions. When asked, most people, even doctors, don't know what to do to reduce burnout or protect their resilience. Psychological flexibility and resilience are associated with a wide range of benefits, such as improved energy, communication, problem-solving, work-life satisfaction, relationships, and fewer sick days, among many more. You can safeguard your resilience by acquiring new strategies for resilience self-care.

Extending these benefits, the capacity to choose more workable responses to stressors and pressured situations enables us to be at our best in self-advocacy, leadership and collaboration to creatively solve problems and build healthier environments at work and home.

This digital platform is designed to help individuals, teams and groups to break a vicious cycle of stressors and stress-triggered responses with access and inclusion in best practices training and tools to build resilience, trust, safety and healthy work environments. Where people want to stay.

    This is powerful medicine

"When I was given the chance to beta test the program, I was very pleased with the results. It was just the what I needed to begin mastering the skills of stress resilience. The storytelling was compelling, while the guided meditations and instructional segments really helped put the techniques to practical use. I can’t imagine there is anyone who couldn’t benefit from better stress resilience during this difficult and highly stressful time. This is truly powerful medicine."

  • Bev P

I am so thankful for the StressPal experience.

"One of the most compelling parts of the program for me was the animated stories. The stressful situations and the response of the characters was immersive - I felt I was right there in the situation which heightened my ability to connect with my feelings and stress responses. I was able to consciously observe my automatic patterns and release my holding so tight. I am in a much better place than when I started the program and find myself naturally taking actions that support my emotional health."
