Levels 01 Resilience and Flexibility
Expand your vision of what self-care means as you develop the capacity to become more psychologically flexible and resilient. After a check-in assessment, you are introduced to the science and meet our cast of characters. The level ends with a mindfulness exercise used in clinical practice.

Levels 02 Stress-Triggered Thoughts and Feelings
You begin applying the Three Mindfulness Reflections Model and cognitive strategies to defuse stress-triggered thoughts and feelings that you can start to use in your life now. Includes: Animated case study, personalize and life practice segments, and mindfulness exercise used in clinical practice.

Levels 03 Stress-Triggered Behaviors
You will learn to defuse stress-triggered behaviors - such as defensiveness, excessive mistakes, avoidance and sacrificing personal activities - with leading cognitive and behavioral strategies. Includes: Animated case study, personalize and life practice segments, and guided mindfulness exercise.

Levels 04 Stress-Triggered Physical Responses
Integrating the levels of awareness, you learn to apply evidence-based cognitive and physical strategies to stress-triggered physical responses - such as excess substance use, skipping workouts, poor sleep and diet. Features case study, the "Monsters on the Bus" metaphor and a mindfulness exercise.

Levels 05 A Different Lens
Going forward, you have a Resilience Toolbox that you can use in the face of stressors at work and home. Improved psychological resilience is associated with many cognitive, behavioral and physical benefits and reduced burnout. You will be better able to model more resilient responses with others.
